Stracciatella muffins à la Didi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 260 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 g butter
  • 60 g chocolate shavings
  • ½ pack of lemon flavor (lemon peel flavor)
  • ½ bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • 65 ml milk
  • 160 g white chocolate coating
  • 12 gummy bears

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for 12 muffins

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Then add the butter, chocolate shavings, lemon zest flavoring, and bitter almond flavoring, and pour in enough milk to make a nice, smooth batter. Mix everything with a mixer on high speed for a very long time. Line 12 muffin tins with paper muffin cases and fill each case two-thirds full with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for 25 minutes. Melt the chocolate coating over a bain-marie, spread it over the muffins, and decorate each with a gummy bear.
