Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of brown bread
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • some meat salad
  • possibly pickled gherkins
  • 1 tsp margarine (olive)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread the brown bread with margarine. Add olive oil to a pan and fry the eggs until fried. Season the fried eggs with salt and pepper. Spread the meat salad on the brown bread. Then place the two slices of ham on the meat salad. Finally, place the fried eggs on the bread. Pickles go well with this dish.
