- some herb butter
- 5 leaves of romaine lettuce
- some remoulade
- 6 small slices of salmon ham, approx. 20 g
- 40 g Emmental cheese, cut into small slices)
- some chili powder
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- 15 g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 egg(s)
- some oil for frying

Spread the herb butter on the slice of bread and place it on a plate. Rinse and dry 5 small lettuce leaves. Flatten the thick center rib of each leaf with your fingers, then arrange the leaves on the slice of bread. Spread with remoulade sauce. Place the ham slices on the lettuce leaves, then the cheese slices, dusting them lightly with chili powder. Trim and wash the lamb’s lettuce, and dry them on kitchen paper. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate the lamb’s lettuce in the oil and then spread it on the cheese slices. Heat a little oil in a small pan and fry the egg until fried. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place it on the marinated lamb’s lettuce. Garnish with the stram Max and serve. This dish has approximately 560 kcal.
