Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp pepper, green pickled
- 2 tbsp coriander
- Cointreau
- 1 tsp sugar
- Balsamic vinegar
- basil
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and halve the strawberries. Sauté the coriander seeds and drained green peppercorns in butter, flambé with Cointreau, and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Pour the marinade over the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar, and garnish with chopped basil.
