Strawberry and Lime Jam

The perfect strawberry and lime jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 4 piece Jam jars
  1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and cut into small pieces. Wash, grate and squeeze the lime. Mix the lime juice, lime zest and strawberries together and add the jelly. Let it steep for three hours. Then bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Boil the jars and pour in hot jam. Close immediately and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
