Strawberry-blackberry jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g strawberries
  • 400 g blackberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2 : 1

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the strawberries and quarter them. Wash the blackberries and simmer them with the chopped strawberries over medium heat until a jam with fruit pieces forms. Stir in the preserving sugar and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Ladle the jam into jars. Turn them upside down for five minutes, then turn them upside down and let them cool.
