Blackberry almond amaretto jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g blackberries
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • 200 g Amaretto
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the blackberries and simmer them with the almond slivers over medium heat until a jam with fruit pieces forms. Then stir in the Amaretto and preserving sugar and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Pour the jam into jars, seal, and let it chill.
