  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 500 g strawberries
  • Cake glaze
  • Almond(s) (leaves)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

A batter is made from the first ingredients and baked at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes. For the filling, all ingredients are combined and then the whipped cream is folded in. The filling is then spread evenly on the pre-baked base (use a cake ring if desired). Finally, the sliced ​​strawberries are placed on top of the filling. Finally, the fruit is covered with glaze, and if desired, it can be topped with almond flakes.
