Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick and tasty

Wash the strawberries and puree them with a hand blender or mixer. Briefly beat the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix in 3/4 of the pureed strawberries. Whip the cream and fold in. Pour the cream into jars. Top with the remaining pureed strawberries. Makes five small jars.
