Strawberry ice cream with mascarpone

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • Lemon juice, a few dashes of
  • 500 g mascarpone

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries, then puree them finely. Using a blender, mix in the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Then add the mascarpone and mix until smooth. This mixture is enough for about 15-18 small ice cream containers (e.g., from Tupperware). Pour into the containers and freeze until ready to serve. Tip: This also works with other berries or frozen fruit. But it tastes best with fresh strawberries.
