Strawberry Ice Cream

  • 2 Hands full Frozen strawberries (as much as you can put in the blender jar
  • 1 Coffee pot Powdered sugar
  • 150 Milliliters Cream (cold) as required
  • 2 Tablespoon Lemon juice


  • The TK. Put the strawberries in the mixer briefly, mix the lemon juice again and again, then add the cream and powdered sugar. Mix fine. If you like it creamy, you can nibble on it, and if you like it more solid, put it in the freezer and stir it from time to time. Done: it goes so quickly and I know what's inside. It's the same with frozen bananas.
