Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 200 g gelling sugar (3:1)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the fruit into pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Let stand for 30 minutes. Bring to a boil while stirring, then simmer for 4 minutes. Immediately pour into the prepared jars. Seal tightly and immediately place the lid on.
