Strawberry jam with coconut milk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 165 ml coconut milk
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 pack of citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hull and chop the strawberries, and place them in a tall saucepan. Add the coconut milk, gelling sugar, and citric acid and slowly bring to a boil. Boil gently for five minutes. Then immediately pour into prepared jars and seal. Note: If using screw-top jars, keep them upside down for about 10 minutes after closing.
