Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g strawberries, cleaned, weighed
  • 100 ml liqueur (strawberry lime)
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes

Puree the strawberries, mix with the strawberry limeade and preserving sugar. Bring to a boil in a saucepan for 4 minutes. Test for set and pour into the prepared jars.
