Strawberry Kiss

Ingredients for 6 servings:

• 300 g strawberries
• 250 g sugar
• 4 scoops of strawberry ice cream
• 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
• 500 ml milk
• 2 tsp vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

for 6 full latte macchiato glasses

Hull and halve the strawberries, then mix them with the sugar and vanilla extract. Then place them in the freezer for 1 hour. Finally, simply add the ice cream, milk, and frozen strawberry mixture to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If desired, garnish with whipped cream. If you don’t have fresh strawberries, you can also use frozen ones and simply skip the freezing step.
