Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 800 g strawberries, cleaned and cut
- 200 ml Prosecco
- 1 lemon(s)
- 50 ml orange juice
- 340 g gelling sugar 3:1

A sweet temptation, makes about 4 jars. With a cute label, it also makes a lovely souvenir.
Puree the strawberries with a hand blender, add the Prosecco, lemon juice, and orange juice. Combine the gelling sugar with the strawberry puree and bring to a boil in a saucepan. Let the jam simmer for about 4 minutes. Immediately fill the hot jam to the brim in prepared jars, seal tightly, and place upside down on a tea towel. Allow to cool.
