Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, cleaned
  • 15 peppercorns, pickled green
  • 50 g sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

the special addition for vanilla cream, pudding or natural yoghurt, but also on baked goat cheese

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, then pass through a fine sieve. This sauce is perfect with a dessert or cheese buffet, or stirred into vanilla pudding or natural yogurt.
