Strawberry Tiramisu with One Percent Caramel Candy
The perfect strawberry tiramisu with one percent caramel candy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kilogram Strawberries
- 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- 200 g Mascarpone
- 1 piece Lemon
- 100 g Natural yoghurt
- 125 Milliliters Whipped cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 125 g Raspberries
- 125 g Blueberries
- Pastry crumbs
- 5 leaf Mint
- Chocolate rolls
- Caramel vodka
- Wash the strawberries and puree 500 grams with the hand blender. Add powdered sugar and the juice of a squeezed lemon to the puree. Then put 6 strawberries aside for decoration and cut the remaining strawberries into slices.
- Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer, the mascarpone cream and the natural yoghurt in a new saucepan. Add 10 milliliters of caramel vodka.
- Fill the bottom of the glass with biscuit crumbs and soak them with a sip of vodka. Then add 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cream and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of strawberry smothy over it. Then put 4 slices of strawberries on top and add another layer of mascarpone cream. Alternate both until the glass is full.
- Finally, decorate with raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and a chocolate roll, and put the caramel vodka in a pipette in the middle of the cream.
