Strawberry-vanilla jam without gelling sugar

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 500 ml water
  • Sugar

Instructions

Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and chop them into small pieces and place them in a pot with water. Bring to a boil and puree the soft strawberries. Mix the pudding mix with a little cold water and the sugar (as directed on the pudding package) until smooth. Stir into the strawberry puree and bring to a boil again. Pour into clean jars with screw caps, close the lids, and let cool on the lids. This jam makes enough for 4-5 200 ml jars.
