Strawberry-yogurt-chocolate ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g strawberries
  • 150 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
  • 100 g cream
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 70 g sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Hull the fresh strawberries. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Chop the dark chocolate (chocolate works just as well) with a knife. Place everything except the chocolate in a tall bowl and puree with a hand blender. Fold in the chocolate. Transfer this mixture to the ice cream maker or the freezer. If using the freezer, stir the mixture with a fork about every half hour to break up any large ice crystals.
