Make a batter and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The batter will be thick and will spread almost naturally. Then knead the crumble topping and spread it over the batter, covering the entire base. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 160°C (320°F) on the bottom rack to prevent the crumble from overcooking. Remove the baking sheet and drizzle the hot cake with whipped cream.
