Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- ½ cube of yeast
- 150 ml sunflower oil
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 400 ml water, warm
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Mix the flour with baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the oil. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water and add it. Knead everything with a hand mixer until a stiff dough forms. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Use a ladle to drop small dollops of dough onto the tray. This amount will make about 15 snails. For the crumble topping, put the flour, sugar, and room-temperature butter in a bowl and knead until crumbly. Spread the crumble on the snails. Bake at 170°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes. Finally, cover with icing.
