Stuffed chocolate cream pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 ml water, lukewarm
  • 50 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 10 g sugar
  • 3 g yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp, heaped Nutella
  • 50 ml cream
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 48 minutes

Knead the flour, water, milk, sugar, yeast, olive oil, and salt in a large bowl for about 5 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, then let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible and bake for 5-10 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until lightly browned. In the meantime, you can whip the cream. While the pizza base is still hot, carefully cut it open and spread the hazelnut-nougat cream on the bottom half and the whipped cream on the inside of the top half. Now put the two halves back on top and sift the icing sugar on top. The recipe can be varied with jam, honey, fruit, and other sweet ingredients.
