Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 eggs
- 200 g meat sausage
- Salt
- pepper
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise

Hard-boil the eggs, rinse, peel, and split in half. Pour the yolks into a bowl. Cut the sausage as finely as possible, add to the yolks, and season with salt and pepper. Add the mayo and mix everything together. Spoon two teaspoons into each egg half. It tastes great with salads or is a great addition to a buffet. You can also use a little more mayo.
