Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • Salad (coleslaw)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 100 g minced meat
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s), of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat and season well. Cut the flatbread in half and cut a pocket into each half. Mix the minced meat with the coleslaw, ham, corn, tomatoes, and cucumber (cut into small pieces) and fill the flatbread halves. Top with cheese (feel free to put plenty of cheese in the opening). Wrap the halves in aluminum foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at about 180-200°C. After baking, remove the flatbread halves from the aluminum foil and arrange on a plate. Serve with tzatziki. Of course, you can also use other fillings: e.g., turkey breast fillets, tuna, salami, etc., depending on your taste.
