Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups eggnog
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, (deoiled)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Couverture, chocolate, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients except the cocoa powder to form a batter. Divide the batter into two portions. Stir the cocoa powder into one half. Pour the two batters into a bundt cake pan and combine to form a marble cake. Bake at 200°C for approximately 55-60 minutes. Once cooled, decorate with chocolate icing.
