Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 large mushrooms
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Cheese (Gouda)
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brush the mushrooms, remove the stems, and chop them finely. Crush the garlic, dice the onion and Gouda cheese. Sauté the onion, mushroom stems, and garlic in a little oil. Remove from the heat. Add the parsley, crème fraîche, and Gouda cheese to the pan and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, place it in a dish, and bake in the oven at 180–200°C for about 20 minutes.
