Quark cake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 400 g sugar
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ tsp flavoring (lemon peel flavoring)
  • 1 kg quark
  • 100 g semolina
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 60 minutes.
