Ingredients
- 400 gr Strained tomatoes
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Marjoram
- Salt
- Pepper
- 500 gr Tagliatelle
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 8 Pc. Large mushrooms
- 1 Pc Chopped onion
- 150 g Spinach
- 3 tbsp Pine nut fresh
- 100 g Parmesan
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Season the tomatoes with sugar, vinegar, marjoram, salt and pepper.
- Form 8 noodle nests in a large greased baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them.
- Unscrew the mushroom stalks and distribute the mushroom heads over the 8 nests.
- Peel and chop the onion. Cut the mushroom stalks into small cubes. Fry both in a pan with the butter. Stir in the spinach. Then put the vegetables in the mushrooms.
- Spread the pamesan and pine nuts on the mushrooms. And season everything with pepper.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20. 25 minutes
