Stuffed Mushrooms in Noodle Nest

  • 400 gr Tomatoes happened
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 500 gr Tagliatelle
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 8 Pc. Large mushrooms
  • 1 Pc Chopped onion
  • 150 g Spinach
  • 3 tbsp Pine nut fresh
  • 100 g Parmesan
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Season the tomatoes with sugar, vinegar, marjoram, salt and pepper.
  1. Form 8 noodle nests in a large greased baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them.
  1. Unscrew the mushroom stalks and distribute the mushroom heads over the 8 nests.
  1. Peel and chop the onion. Cut the mushroom stalks into small cubes. Fry both in a pan with the butter. Stir in the spinach. Then put the vegetables in the mushrooms.
  1. Spread the pamesan and pine nuts on the mushrooms. And season everything with pepper.
  1. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20. 25 minutes
