Stuffed pita breads

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 pita bread(s)
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g coleslaw
  • some salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • possibly chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and crush the garlic, mix with the yogurt, salt, pepper, and a little cayenne pepper, and season to taste. Dice the feta cheese. Wash the lettuce and shake dry. Carefully cut a pocket into the pita bread and toast the bread. Spread the yogurt inside, add the feta cheese, lettuce, and coleslaw. Sprinkle with chili flakes.
