Stuffed Pointed Peppers in Actifry
The perfect stuffed pointed peppers in actifry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Red pointed pepper
- For the filling: Champion, onion, garlic, CremeFresh,
- Mozzarella, grated cheese, salt, pepper;
- Chop the ingredients for the filling into small amounts by feeling, mix into a paste and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the pointed peppers, cut in half lengthways, clean, leave the end of the stem on so that the filling does not ooze out when frying.
- Fill the halved peppers and place in the air fryer with the filling facing up. Of course, the mixer arm of the deep fryer (if present) must be removed beforehand.
- Put the Actifry hot air fryer into operation and after approx. 10 minutes remove the finished, tasty paprika pieces and place them on preheated plates. Enjoy the meal !

- Check after approx. 8 minutes whether everything is ok. because the filling should be golden brown and not black.

- By using a hot air fryer, I save the oven / grill high temperatures and electricity costs. Actifry does this easily in 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
