Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of sausage (Lyoner), cut 1/2 cm thick
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp herbs (parsley, chives), chopped
- 1 small can of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Leave the sausage slices in their skins and brush them with oil. Grill until they form into nests. Mix the eggs with the milk, add salt, pepper, herbs, and the mushrooms, and let them set in a pan with melted butter. Fill the mixture into the sausage nests.
