Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
- 2 slices of bacon or ham
- 4 tsp crème fraîche
- oregano
- Thyme

Hollow out the tomatoes with a teaspoon. Cut the mozzarella and bacon into small pieces. Fill with the mozzarella, bacon, and seasoning. Spread a teaspoon of crème fraîche on each tomato and top with a little more mozzarella. Sprinkle with a little more herbs on top. Form small “boats” out of aluminum foil and place the tomatoes on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes.
