Stuffed Yellow Pointed Peppers

- 800 gr Pointed peppers
- 500 gr Minced meat
- 2 st Tomatoes
- 2 st Onion
- 1 Teaspoon. Mustard
- 3 st Garlic cloves
- 2 Pinches Salt + pepper
- 1 small Chilli pepper
- 1 Teaspoon. Paprika powder
- 0,5 Teaspoon. Aromat
- 1 Teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1 tube Tomato paste
- 300 ml. Water
- 200 ml. Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Instant broth
- 3 Tablespoon Oil
- Cut off the paprika at the top, remove the pits. Put the minced meat in a bowl and chop the herbs, 1 onion, garlic + chilli into small pieces. Add half to the minced meat, season with paprika powder, mustard, flavoring, pepper + Italian herbs. Pour the mixture into the pods.
- 1 Chop the onion into wedges, chop the tomatoes, fry in oil in a pan. Deglaze with a cup of broth. Put in a baking dish. Put the peppers on top. Roast at 175 degrees with a grill for 30 minutes, turn once
