Stuffed Yellow Pointed Peppers

The perfect stuffed yellow pointed peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 gr Pointed peppers
  • 500 gr Minced meat
  • 2 st Tomatoes
  • 2 st Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon. Mustard
  • 3 st Garlic cloves
  • 2 Pinches Salt + pepper
  • 1 small Chilli pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon. Paprika powder
  • 0,5 Teaspoon. Aromat
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • 300 ml. Water
  • 200 ml. Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Instant broth
  • 3 Tablespoon Oil
  1. Cut off the paprika at the top, remove the pits. Put the minced meat in a bowl and chop the herbs, 1 onion, garlic + chilli into small pieces. Add half to the minced meat, season with paprika powder, mustard, flavoring, pepper + Italian herbs. Pour the mixture into the pods.
  2. 1 Chop the onion into wedges, chop the tomatoes, fry in oil in a pan. Deglaze with a cup of broth. Put in a baking dish. Put the peppers on top. Roast at 175 degrees with a grill for 30 minutes, turn once
  3. Then remove the pods. Put the brew in a saucepan. Add the cream, paprika powder, tomato paste, water, broth, bring to the boil with salt and pepper to taste. Thicken the sauce. Add the peppers and warm up a little. With boiled potatoes.
