Family recipe

Season the minced meat with chili and 1 tablespoon of caraway seeds and fry. Then add the finely chopped white cabbage and 2 tablespoons of caraway seeds and fry. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat). Whisk together the eggs and yogurt and season with nutmeg and paprika. Pour the mixture over the stuffed cabbage. Place the cabbage and minced cabbage mixture in the oven and bake for 18 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the potatoes. After 18 minutes, sprinkle the stuffed cabbage with grated Emmental cheese and return it to the oven for another 12 minutes. Yogurt dressing and, especially delicious, Worcestershire sauce are suitable as a sauce.
