Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g semi-skimmed quark
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy
- 6 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- Oil for frying
- salt and pepper

Set aside some pumpkin seeds. Chop the remaining seeds and toast them in a pan with a little oil. Mix the curd cheese with the cream cheese, pumpkin seed oil, and toasted pumpkin seeds. Crush the garlic and add it. Season the spread with salt and pepper. Finally, garnish the spread with the whole pumpkin seeds.
