  • 500 g sausage – leftovers (also from the butcher), smoked meats, dry sausage
  • 4 cucumber(s), spicy
  • 4 peppers, hot, seedless, well drained
  • 3 tbsp cream or sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spread made from various leftovers

Chop everything finely in a food processor and season to taste. It’s great on farmhouse bread with a crispy crust.
