- 325 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 225 g butter
- 340 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C. Combine flour and baking powder. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in egg and vanilla powder. Fold in flour in portions. Place teaspoon-sized balls of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 5-8 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for another 2 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven. Sometimes it’s 5 minutes, sometimes 10. The cookies will harden further if allowed to cool.
