Sugar-free oat and banana cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 200 g oat flakes, fine
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 37 minutes

quick and easy, about 30 cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, butter, and salt and mix well. Then add the oats and baking powder and mix well again. Drop the mixture into portions using 2 tablespoons onto a baking sheet (approximately 16 cookies per baking sheet). Bake the cookies at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 12 minutes. The cookies should be moist. If you know your oven well, you can adjust the time by a minute or two. I get about 30 cookies from this mixture.
