Sugar-free porridge with bananas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) oatmeal
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Mash one and a half bananas with a fork. Combine the oats and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Once boiling, add the mashed bananas to the pan and simmer over low heat until the porridge reaches the desired consistency. Slice the remaining half banana and place it on top.
