Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g flour
- 120 g butter
- 90 g powdered sugar
- 100 g nuts, ground
- some apricot jam
- some chocolate coating
- some walnuts, whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 32 minutes
Knead the dough, roll out to about 2 mm thin, cut out round cookies, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes, let cool slightly, spread with apricot jam, and place a second cookie on top. It’s best to let it dry overnight, then cover with chocolate coating the next day and place a nut on top.
