Summer breakfast with strawberries and cottage cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 80 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 400 g cottage cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the butter in a pan, add the sugar and oats. Roast until light brown, stirring constantly. Wash and quarter the strawberries. Mix the cottage cheese with the oats and divide them into 4 bowls. Top with the strawberries and serve.
