Summery cucumber rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 150 g herb cream cheese
  • 150 g cooked ham (prosciutto), thinly sliced
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the cucumbers lengthwise into wafer-thin slices. Distribute the prosciutto over the cucumber slices. Spread the cream cheese over the ham slices. Whether you add salt and pepper depends on the spiciness of the cream cheese. Roll up the cucumber strips and secure each one with a wooden skewer.
