Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • some salt
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds, dry, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal for school snacks

Finely grind half of the seeds and mix with yogurt, curd cheese, and salt. Sprinkle with the remaining seeds.
