Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 apples
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Beat the softened butter with the eggs and salt until fluffy. Next, stir in the sugar, flour, and baking powder. Add the milk. Pour the batter into a springform pan. Halve the peeled apples and remove the cores. Score the apples lengthwise and place them on the batter. Bake the cake at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 45-60 minutes. Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
