Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 300 g chocolate (half dark, half milk)
- 100 g sugar

Super chocolatey cake or cake brownie
Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Separate the eggs, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy, and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. While the egg yolks and sugar are still lightly creamed, add the chocolate cream and flour to the egg yolk and sugar mixture. Fold in the beaten egg whites and pour the batter into a springform pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 160°C. Tip: The cake is perfect when it’s still slightly mushy on the inside; then it tastes wonderfully moist. Decorated with chocolate coating, it makes a delicious chocolate cake. Alternatively, use a larger pan to flatten it, cut the finished cake into slices, and serve as brownies.
