Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cakes (chocolate cake), store-bought
- ½ cup cream cheese (Philadelphia Milka)
- 2 cups of chocolate glaze, light and dark
- Sugar sprinkles, colorful
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for approx. 50 pieces
You’ll need 50 lollipop sticks or 25 skewers, which you cut in half, and an empty egg carton, which you’ll poke holes in to place the cake pops in to dry. Crunch the cake and mix it with the Milka cream cheese until a solid ball forms, then form into small balls. Place the balls in the freezer for 10 minutes. Insert a lollipop stick or skewer into the cold ball. Then remove the stick, dip it in the melted glaze, and insert it into the balls. Let it set, then dip the balls in the glaze and let them drip dry. Twist the lollipops and tap them off, let them dry briefly, and sprinkle with sprinkles. You’ll need to work quickly, as the chocolate hardens quickly. After sprinkling, stick them into the egg carton to dry.
