Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine all ingredients and make a yeast dough. Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Form the dough into about 10 dumplings and let them rest in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes—just simmer, do not boil. This recipe can be enhanced with Parmesan cheese or fried onions.
