  • 4 large apples, grated

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packs of vanilla sauce powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 lemon(s) (juice only)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Sauté the apples, sugar, and water together. Whisk together the eggs and vanilla sauce, add to the apples, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the butter and lemon juice. Pour the hot apple mixture onto the cake base, then spread the whipped cream over the cooled mixture. Finally, top with the chocolate shavings.
