Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 apples
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 250 ml water
  • Chocolate sprinkles, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

My aunt’s recipe – very tasty

Mix the base ingredients into a smooth batter and pour into a springform pan. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C and let cool. For the topping, bring 1/4 liter of water, lemon juice, the egg, and the sugar to a boil. Grate the apples, add them, and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder. Let the mixture cool and then pour it onto the base. Whip 1 cup of cream until stiff peaks form and spread it over the cake. Finally, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate.
